This work will provide basic support for comprehensively deepening the working mechanism of patent navigation, strengthening the theoretical and practical research of patent navigation, and promoting the effective connection between patent navigation project promotion and intellectual property operation service system. In recent years, China National Intellectual Property Administration has issued a series of policy guidance documents around the patent pilot project; Guided by the national strategic needs, around emerging strategic industries and facing some key industry associations and key enterprises, 17 national patent navigation industry development experimental zones, 37 national patent collaborative application pilot units and 115 national patent operation pilot enterprises have been approved; The implementation guidelines for industrial planning patent navigation projects and the implementation guidelines for enterprise operation patent navigation projects were issued to guide local governments to vigorously carry out patent navigation projects, help regional industries to transform and upgrade, and help enterprises strengthen the strategic reserve and layout of intellectual property rights; Approved the establishment of three national patent navigation project research and promotion centers, and constantly strengthened the theoretical and practical research and personnel training of patent navigation.
