Fuzhou News Network March 30 (Fuzhou Daily reporter Zhu Rong/Wen Zou Jiayu/photo) On the morning of March 30, the resettlement housing project of "Zhengrong Yueshanju (record name)" in the old land of Yangxia (Shuitou) was officially started. It is reported that the project completed the handover of net land two months ahead of schedule, which was the first of the first batch of plots successfully sold in the city this year, providing 2,000 sets of houses, 90% of which were used for resettlement.
The resettlement housing project is located in the east of Liuyi Road, south of North Second Ring Road and west of Jinji Mountain. It is a key livelihood project built by Jinan District Government in 2019. The total land area of the project is about 60,000 square meters, the total building area is about 16,000 square meters, and the total building area is about 230,000 square meters, including: the capacity area is about 170,000 square meters, the residential area is about 160,000 square meters, and the commercial area is 8,000 square meters. According to the plan, the project will build 16 buildings and about 2,000 houses. There are 7 types of houses, ranging from 45 square meters to 135 square meters, and 90% of them are resettlement commercial houses. More than 50% of the project is fabricated, with a construction period of 3 years and is expected to be completed in 2022.
The old renovation project of Yangxia (Shuitou) was started in August 2017, with a total land area of 495 mu. According to the relevant person in charge of Chayuan Street, most of the houses in Yangxia District were built in 1970s and 1980s. The area lacks unified planning and the supporting facilities are incomplete, especially in low-lying areas, which will be waterlogged when it rains. And the house is a prefabricated building. With the increase of service life, the instability of the house increases, and the voice of users who want to transform it is very strong. In order to further improve people’s livelihood, Chayuan Street in Jin ‘an District has gone all out to promote the house expropriation work and realize the net land transfer two months ahead of schedule.
In February this year, there were three plots of land for sale in the old reform of Yangxia (Shuitou), covering an area of 233.5 mu. In addition to this project, the remaining two plots are currently under preliminary exploration and design. According to the plan, the proportion of commercial housing in the three plots is 90%, and there are corresponding commercial supporting areas.
It is reported that in order to improve the overall planning of the region, people’s livelihood projects such as road network construction and water system management around the project are also being vigorously promoted. The east extension of Hualin Road has been started in this area, and the widest two-way tunnel in the urban area passing through Jinjishan has been newly built, effectively connecting Tea Garden Street and Yuefeng Town in series, and the railway station and the East Second Ring Road area will be more closely connected. In addition, the Yangxia River water system will be treated around the plot to create a new urban area with beautiful environment and convenient transportation.
