After interviewing Ji Zhiqiang, the first skilled employee who published a book, the planning team was greatly shocked: Ji Zhiqiang, who just joined the work, was assigned to the equipment maintenance work. Seeing that the master had the habit of recording every equipment maintenance, he also began to learn to keep a diary and began to record trivial things in life. Day after day, he gradually developed the habit of recording all kinds of faults and maintenance processes encountered at work, and this habit has been maintained until retirement.
There are dozens of notebooks, large and small. Ji Zhiqiang, who is about to retire, decided to organize his hard work for decades and dedicate it to the unit. Through the dense text and hand drawings, piles of yellowed notebooks, we seem to see the feelings of an old employee towards work and enterprises. Although Ji Zhiqiang’s story is not dramatic, his own "thickness" is enough to impress people.

The microfilm "Iron Man Forever" is less than 15 minutes long, but the preparation and shooting in the early stage have taken nearly two weeks. "The whole team and the group performance totaled more than 20 people, which is also the first time we tried to shoot a micro-movie." According to the planner Li Jun, the filming period in July this year was also the busiest time for the cast steel branch of CRRC Meishan Company. While completing the work with good quality and quantity, the team members used their lunch break to shoot the microfilm. "Everyone is particularly motivated. Some of the colleagues involved are responsible for holding the camera, while others are responsible for lighting up. Everyone in the team is involved and not idle."
As the planner of the film Iron Man Forever, Li Jun participated in the whole process of filming and production of micro-movies. During the four-day shooting time, Li Jun was deeply moved by countless moments.
"At that time, we were filming a scene in which Liao Zhongbin and his daughter quarreled at home in the middle of the night. At that time, it was the early hours of the next day. Teacher Liao, who was over 50 years old, insisted that we shoot the young man (daughter) first, and then shoot him." In Li Jun’s view, Liao Zhongbin is particularly hard-working and specializes in hard bones, and his story also makes the image of the model worker more flesh-and-blood and full of grounding gas.
During the filming, Ceng Cheng, the actor of Liao Zhongbin’s daughter and a young employee of the company, was also deeply moved. The planning team learned that Ceng Cheng’s father was originally an employee of the steel casting company, and his father died when Ceng Cheng was young, which is also a scar that Ceng Cheng can’t erase. When she first stepped into the site where her father used to work, she was sentimental for many times, and her emotions were out of control, which affected the normal shooting. Facing Liao Zhongbin, her father’s former workmate, Ceng Cheng constantly adjusted her emotions. In the play, she also realized her father’s love again and felt the responsibilities and efforts of her fathers.
