Wang Qiyun: Technical transformation Depth Charge is ingenious in keeping electricity.

Wang Qiyun, Electrical Repairman of Kunming Cigarette Factory of Yunnan Zhongyan Hongyun Honghe Group

CCTV News:Wang Qiyun is an electrical repairman in Kunming Cigarette Factory of Yunnan Zhongyan Hongyun Honghe Group. Since he joined the work in 1990, he has been preoccupied with the production of first-line electrical equipment for 27 years.

If silk-making is a core process of cigarette production, then electricity is its soul. From a young and immature guy, after three times of technical transformation and tempering, his theoretical quality has been continuously enhanced and his maintenance skills have been continuously improved. Wang Qiyun has gradually grown into an "expert expert" who integrates process technology and electrical technology.

Excellent specialty, technical transformation to attack Depth Charge

As a cigarette factory, the level of silk-making technology and the precision of equipment control are closely related to the inherent quality of cigarette products. To achieve fine processing, intelligent control and intensive production, this puts forward newer, higher and stricter requirements for professional and technical personnel.

In 2010, Kunyan changed its technology, and Wang Qiyun, as the leader of on-site electrical installation and debugging of five production lines, took on the electrical installation and debugging of silk production lines. He mastered the equipment principle, control mode and technological process as quickly as possible. At that time, it was normal to work for more than ten hours a day, but he was happy with this and was called "Iron Man" by everyone. To a large extent, Wang Qiyun himself admitted that it was the heavy pressure of technological transformation and the high-tech requirements that turned the word "Wang Qiyun" into a "symbol" representing high technology and high skills.

Faced with the ever-changing technological progress and fierce competition, a slight hesitation of tobacco enterprises may be an amazing change of "it has been a few days in China, and it has been a thousand years in the world". From 1990 to around 2010, Kunyan has undergone three technological transformations. Wang Qiyun was very lucky. As a newcomer to tobacco, he took part in the first technological transformation as soon as he joined the work. "But at that time, I basically didn’t understand it. I could only watch from the sidelines. I couldn’t make any comments on the assembly and debugging of German experts. The right to speak was someone else’s, and people said it was awkward."

In 1997, he went to the second production line and carried out the second technological transformation. Wang Qiyun also witnessed it, but at this time, he was still very "tender" and could only watch German experts do it, and he had no reason to say anything. "Only the third ex situ technical transformation, I am fully involved." And it is a deep and complete participation. Wang Qiyun should not only be a teacher to teach operators how to operate, but also be an instructor to guide maintenance personnel to carry out equipment maintenance. He worked in the middle shift, and also completed the preparation of operating procedures and maintenance technical standards for each process. In view of the technical difficulties, we carried out special research, carried out technical exchanges and discussions, and formed more than 30 technical exchange courseware.

Demonstration leads, technological innovation is the first.

Facing the advanced silk production line, Wang Qiyun insisted on individual demonstration and team guidance, and followed the "three present principles" (on-site, reality and present things) to overcome many technical problems. He led the technicians to set up a PLC control technology workstation for troubleshooting drills and forming a case base, which provided an excellent technical platform for comprehensively improving technicians’ quick judgment and handling of equipment failures. He actively and independently tackled the problem of error prevention of fully suspended electronic belt weigher. After rigorous data collection and scientific analysis, he developed and established an early warning program. Once the flow rate is abnormal, he immediately triggered an alarm, so that operators could find abnormal fluctuations in time, intervene in time, and eliminate quality hidden dangers in advance. After the implementation of automatic error prevention, the probability of potential quality defects per 1000 batches is zero, and the abnormal handling time is also reduced to zero simultaneously.

During his 27-year career, Wang Qiyun led the organization and completed more than 30 factory-level projects, and his research achievements won many national and provincial awards, among which "Improving the replenishment ability of empty boxes at the east end of silk storage warehouse" won the first prize in China, and "Utilization ratio of umbrella cone disk of KTC80 cutter" won the second prize in China. At the same time, he also participated in the compilation of the Training Textbook of Flexible Silk Making Equipment.

Quiet and far-reaching, post dedication and light fame and fortune.

Along the way, Wang Qiyun won the honorary titles of factory pacesetter, group pacesetter, group model worker, Yunnan May 1st Labor Medal, etc., but he still insists on inspecting electrical equipment in the production line every day. For Wang Qiyun, seeing electrical equipment is as kind as seeing an old friend. Seeing the normal operation of the equipment, he has gained happiness and achievements.

In his day-to-day work, he formed a habit. Every morning when he arrived at the workshop, he first inspected the main electrical equipment, understood whether the production and equipment were normal, grasped the relevant details, and immediately organized technicians to deal with the problems. Due to the objective reasons of process flow, when there is a factory holiday, he always checks the electrical equipment and turns off all the power after the maintenance work is completed, and then leaves the workshop last, and the equipment needs to be tested in an empty car one day before the resumption of production, so he always takes two to three days off each time, but he always takes it lightly.

For a long time, Wang Qiyun "branded" a "fault" and couldn’t sleep until 2 am at night. Rather than waiting for a phone call, he is waiting for the call of responsibility. He leaves his cell phone on 24 hours, usually at night, and immediately rushes to the workshop, and then "looks and asks questions" with his teammates, sometimes all night. Through hard work, Kunyan’s silk-making production line runs normally, and there are fewer telephone calls at midnight. Of course, he encounters equipment problems. Whenever the bell rings, he is the first to rush to the production site, working hard and loving his job, which shows the professional ethics of a production front-line technician.

Preaching and teaching, tirelessly educating new people.

As a technical leader, Wang Qiyun never forgets to update his knowledge and is still learning. Under his example, the team members are eager to learn, and basically have technical titles and skill level qualifications. "Five people in the electrical maintenance group were qualified as engineers and 12 as technicians. In 2013, one electrical repairman won the second place in the Siemens PLC technical skills competition of the group. In 2014, one person was hired as an engineer and eight people were hired as electrical maintenance technicians in the group and factories."

Tens of thousands of program codes, thousands of electrical nodes and dozens of technological processes have created a platform for Wang Qiyun to achieve his ingenious dream. For more than 20 years, Wang Qiyun has been striving for perfection, professionalism, patience and concentration, and never-ending persistent pursuit, which finally rounded Wang Qiyun’s craftsman dream.
